Angelina joined our class a little over a year ago and has been very consistent in her attendance and growth.  We’re very proud of Angelina’s determination and her consistent improvement.  She is a perfect example of how karate can help a student build strength and stamina while also boosting their confidence.  We asked Angelina a few questions about her experience training so far.  Here is what she had to say:

Taikyoku because it challenges you and tests your skills.

Not to use karate on other people.
